The cute little girl with the pixie haircut in 'Fatal Attraction' [and Cousin Eddie's youngest daughter in 'Chirstmas Vacation'] is all grown up!

Ack! Sorry to just throw a link your way, but I'm swamped!
I would actually be curious to see the REST of the cast that this news story doesn't provide.

Thought this was pretty fun though...I wonder how many times Nic Cage has been featured in this community? Hmmm...

The other night, my partner and I were watching "What's Love Got to Do with It", and then next day I went to it's IMDB site to find something about the film. For some reason, the actress that plays young Tina/Anna Mae's photo grabbed my attention...probably because I didn't expect her to be all grown up!

From "What's Love Got to Do with It", 1993.

Happier times.

When I think of the Go Gos, I am automatically transported to the early '80s when I watched American Bandstand with my dad every Saturday. I remember the day when the Go Gos were on because they announced the song 'We Got the Beat' and my little girl ears heard 'We Go To Be'. [And that's how I sang it.]
Good memories, those. Hell, I even just got rid of my 'Beauty and the Beat' cassette in 2010---had picked it up in the mid-90s second hand. Still worked great the whole time.

Anyway, here is a How They Look Now entry just for the Go Gos from their early '80s heyday to last August, when they accepted their star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Enjoy!

Remember Kid Nation? It was a reality show that aired on CBS in 2007, featuring 40 children aged 8 to 15 attempting to create a functioning society with minimal adult help and supervision. It was interesting, controversial, and ridiculous all in one, and the best/worst part was that the idea for a second season was nixed due to legal child labor problems (!).
Well, I always wondered what happened to those kids, so for my very first post ever, I tracked down pictures of almost all of them. Enjoy!!!

Had a few weeks of bad stuff going on (my grandma died, had to put my dog to sleep, had a falling out with a friend, etc.) but everything seems to of evened up now and I'm back for some How They Look Now goodness!

Tonight I was on the bus home and this dude sitting near me reminded me of Gerard Depardieu. In a good way!

Without Further Ado, It's Gerard Depardieu!Collapse )
