Sam Huntington as Jam
Then...

and now...

Sam is working on "Superman Returns", where he'll be playing Jimmy Olsen. (Can't wait!) Interestingly enough, his great-uncle was Ralph Bellamy, who played Dr. Sapirstein in "Rosemary's Baby". When Ralph died in 1991, Sam was given his Oscar for lifetime achievement.
Giuseppe Andrews as Lex
then...

and now...

Giuseppe Andrews was in "American History X" with Edward Furlong. His most recent movie was "2001 Maniacs" (never heard of it) in 2005. He also (and I didn't know this) played Germ in "Two Guys and A Girl". I miss that show.
James DeBello as Trip
then...

and now...

(I agree, I'm shocked as well.) He was in "The Hillz" (again, another movie I've never heard of) in 2004. He's got three films right now in post-production - "Work", "Dorm Daze 2" and "After Sex"
Edward Furlong as Hawk
then...

and now...

A little embarrassing, the last thing he was in the news for was releasing lobsters from a grocery store tank in Alabama. His most recent movie was called "The Visitation", and he played Brandon Nichols in it.
Natasha Lyonne as Christine, the Disco Queen
then...

and now...

In 2005, she was in New York's Beth Israel hospital suffering from hepatis C, a heart ailment, and a collapsed lung. I'm assuming she's doing at least a little better now since I haven't heard anything to the contrary. Her last movie was "My Suicidal Sweetheart" in 2005; she played Grace. I'm actually watching her in "Die, Mommie, Die" right now - she was also in two of my favorite movies, "Slums of Beverly Hills" and "But I'm A Cheerleader'
Melanie Lynskey as Beth Bumsteen
then...

and now...

Melanie Lynskey is currently on "Two and a Half Men" playing Charlie's pesky and dim neighbor, Rose. Her last movie was in 2005, called "Say Uncle". Her character was Susan. She has two films in post-production right now, "Flags of Our Fathers" and "Park"

"A little embarrassing, the last thing he was in the news for was releasing lobsters from a grocery store tank in Alabama."
God, that just adds to his appeal. Seriously. It makes me want to go free some lobsters from the grocery store.
Oh..and that Melanie girl was in Shattered Glass. One of my favorite movies.
